Our cloud databases perform automated daily snapshot backups. Database dumps are encrypted and synchronized across geographically redundant cloud storage servers. In the event of hardware failures or user error, schools can request instant point-in-time database restoration.
2. School-Wise Multi-Tenant Data Isolation
Security begins at the architecture level. Our system enforces strict school-wise tenant isolation boundaries. Query handlers filter data by tenant ID at the database layer, ensuring no institution can ever access, view, or modify records belonging to another school.
3. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Staff access is controlled via granular privilege settings. Administrators can assign customized permissions to Super Admin, Principal, Accountant, Class Teacher, Transport Staff, and Parents — restricting sensitive financial reports or student records to authorized roles only.
4. 256-Bit SSL/TLS Encryption
All web and mobile app interactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols in transit. User passwords are stored using salted Bcrypt hashing algorithms, and sensitive database columns are protected with AES-256 bit encryption at rest.
5. 100% Data Ownership, Export & Deletion
Your institution retains complete legal ownership of all data. School administrators can export entire student databases, fee ledgers, and attendance registers to Excel/CSV format anytime in one click. Upon contract termination, full data deletion is executed across active and backup servers.
