1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using SchoolERPPlus ("Platform"), your educational institution or agency agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Free Plan Terms (Up to 200 Students)

• The Free Plan is valid for schools managing up to 200 active registered students.
• The core software license is 100% free with zero mandatory monthly fees.
• Optional third-party costs such as SMS gateway credits, WhatsApp API credits, or custom domain registration fees are borne by the school.
• When student strength exceeds 200, the school will be prompted to upgrade to either our Standard Plan (₹3,600/yr + GST) or Premium Plan (₹4,600/yr + GST). All existing records remain preserved.

3. Flat Annual Subscription & Pricing

• Our paid plans operate on a Flat Annual Fee model — zero per-student monthly billing.
• Subscriptions are billed annually in advance. Taxes (18% GST) apply as per government norms.
• Renewals are processed annually to maintain uninterrupted cloud server hosting and support.

4. White Label Reseller Program

Resellers and IT partners operate independently under our White Label program. Resellers are responsible for setting end-user pricing to their school clients, collecting invoices, and providing first-line customer support. SchoolERPPlus acts as the backend infrastructure provider.

5. Service Availability & Support

We maintain a target cloud server uptime of 99.9%. Scheduled maintenance updates are conducted during off-peak hours with prior notice. Customer support is available via Phone and WhatsApp during business hours (Mon-Sat, 9 AM - 8 PM IST).
