To operate the School Management System smoothly, we collect necessary educational administrative information, including:

Student Information: Name, Roll Number, Class/Section, DOB, Attendance records, Exam marks, Homework, TC records. Parent Information: Parent name, Contact number, Email address, Fee payment history, and Address. School Staff & Teachers: Staff name, Mobile number, Designation, Attendance, and Subject allocations. School Administrative Details: School logo, Address, Board affiliation, and Fee structure definitions.

3. How We Use Your Data

Data collected is strictly used to provide the educational management services requested by your institution:

• Generating Fee Receipts, Marksheets, and Transfer Certificates.
• Sending automated attendance notifications and notice alerts via WhatsApp / SMS.
• Providing parents access to student progress and fee status via Mobile App.
• Generating financial ledger reports for school accountants.

4. Data Deletion & Ownership Rights

Schools have full ownership of their data. At any point, school administrators can export 100% of their student and financial records in Excel/CSV format. Should a school choose to discontinue the service, a written request will result in complete data deletion from our active servers and backup snapshots.
