1. Free Plan Capacity Limit
The Free plan is valid for schools managing up to 200 active registered students. Once student count exceeds 200, the school can smoothly upgrade to our Standard (₹3600/yr) or Premium plan.
2. Modules Included
Free plan users get full access to all core ERP modules including Front Office, Fee Management, Attendance, Exams, Homework, TC Generator, and Expense tracking.
3. Data Ownership & Security
Your school retains 100% ownership of all student and fee data. Data is backed up daily and stored on cloud servers.
4. Support & Renewal
Free plan includes online documentation and WhatsApp community support. The plan renews free every year as long as active student strength remains under 200.
5. SMS & WhatsApp Message Charges
SMS credits and Meta WhatsApp API per-message charges are Not Included in any ERP plan package. Message costs belong to the External Purchase category and are billed separately based on actual school usage.
